policies & process

At The Sanguine Social, clear and honest communication is at the heart of every client relationship. The guidelines below are designed to support a smooth, respectful, and productive partnership—helping me not only meet your expectations, but exceed them.

Consultations

All initial online consultations are completely FREE. For phone consultations, there is a charge of $30 per hour. After discussing the details of your desired or tentative package, I will send you a quote along with a memorandum of understanding or contract for your review.

After you receive the documents, please review, sign, and return the contract, and remit the required deposit within 3 business days to secure your spot as a client.

If any concerns or changes come up, please let me know. I’m always happy to work with you to tailor a package that fits your budget.

Payments

After a package is selected, deposits must be remitted for me to begin working on your project.

If you are a recurring client with monthly services, payments must be remitted before the 1st of each month. If you begin services after the 1st of the month, a prorated fee will be calculated. If you are paying weekly, payments must be submitted on Fridays by 12PM, Atlantic Standard Time.

If you choose a one-time service, template, or similar package, payment must be remitted prior to services being rendered.

Results

I cannot guarantee you a specific number of followers, or a specific increase in your revenue. What is provided is a refined look to your online presence as well as increased engagement and interaction with your social media pages and profiles.

Discontinuing Services

If for any reason you need to discontinue services with The Sanguine Social, a 2 week notice must be given so that any pending services can be completed and forwarded to you and a final ledger will be billed.

Posting

Full access to all social media accounts being managed by The Sanguine Social is required, which means all business owners must provide login details. This sensitive information will always be secured, as privacy is of the utmost importance.
