Before we meet, I take time to review your brand, digital presence, and project needs so our conversation can begin with intention and meaningful insight.Consultation fees are due prior to scheduling. Every project begins with clarity and mutual commitment. A signed service agreement and the required deposit or full payment must be received before your project is scheduled and services begin.Payment alone does not initiate a project without a signed agreement.

What investment is required upfront?

Most projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement. Select services and smaller projects may require payment in full prior to beginning.Final deliverables, files, credentials, and project transfers are released once the project balance has been paid in full.

How long does a project typically take?

Most projects are thoughtfully completed within one week to one month, depending on the scope and complexity of the work. Your anticipated timeline will be discussed before your project begins.Timely communication, feedback, approvals, and materials help keep the creative process moving and your project on schedule.

Question 5

What happens if communication pauses during my project?

Accepted Answer

I understand that life and business can get busy. However, consistent communication is essential to maintaining your project's momentum and reserved production time.Projects with no communication, feedback, or requested materials for 14 consecutive days may be moved to inactive status and removed from the active production schedule. A restart fee may be required to resume the project, which will be rescheduled based on current availability.Projects inactive for 30 days or longer may be considered abandoned and closed in accordance with the service agreement.

Are deposits and payments refundable?

Deposits and payments for consultations, research, strategy, completed work, and services already rendered are non-refundable.Because dedicated time and creative capacity are intentionally reserved for each project, project deposits are also non-refundable once your project has been scheduled. Any additional terms specific to your service will be outlined in your agreement.

What happens if a payment is late?

Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement. Services may be paused on past-due accounts, and final deliverables will remain with The Sanguine Social until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.Past-due balances may be subject to applicable late fees or interest as outlined in your signed agreement.

I understand that plans and business needs can evolve. Pause and cancellation terms vary by service and are outlined within your service agreement.Clients remain responsible for services completed and expenses incurred through the effective cancellation date. Projects that are paused may require rescheduling and a restart fee before creative services resume.
